



On top of our existing survey and analytics platform, we wanted explore new, innovative ways for our users to collect feedback from their customers or employees. Our aim was to create an experimental new product to see if we could improve the mundane experience of responding to a survey and increase the richness of the responses.
I was asked to develop a concept that would excite the team and board, and that the development team could use as a north star.

Working closely with the engineers, our team built a clean, dynamic survey widget that used a finely-tuned AI model and prompt to ask users just enough follow up questions to get better, more detailed feedback. We called it an Asklet.

We launched Asklet on Product Hunt.
As the sole designer, I directed and scripted all our videos, created every asset, and wrote all the copy that was required for launch. I also designed and built our accompanying website landing page.
